This is my first time traveling to Sapa, my trip was wonderful, and Lacasa Hotel was the important factor that made it happen, I really feel very lucky to have booked this hotel, the hotel has a gentle style, clean and warm rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, very good heating and hot water system, friendly and enthusiastic reception staff, the room price is too cheap compared to what I received, the location is right in the center so traveling to the attractions is very convenient, too ok! Thank you very much, see you again!
The location is great located near the centre of Sapa. They don’t have a lift now, so the staff carry your luggage up for you. All the staff were so nice and did their best to give us the best customer service, especially the hotel receptionist has a great command of english.

The hotel manager have good command of English and the staff have a decent command of the language, making communication easy for foreign guests. They are polite, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, creating a welcoming environment for visitors. The manager went above and beyond by helping us organize a memorable trip to Fansipan, offering invaluable advice on what to do and what to avoid. His assistance was greatly appreciated.
The hotel features an on-site restaurant, convenience store, and massage parlor. The restaurant serves a satisfying breakfast, with various egg dishes made to order. The convenience store is well-stocked with essentials, including snacks and bottled water. The massage parlor offers good value, and the hotel provided discount vouchers for each of us at check-in.
The location is ideal, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Notably, there is a nearby halal restaurant, a cozy coffee shop, and Sun Plaza Station, all just a short stroll from the hotel.
Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with an air conditioner that has a heating function. Hot water was readily available for both the shower and sink, and we had access to a TV with a TV box and strong WiFi. While most TV channels were in Vietnamese, it was still a nice amenity.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was wonderful, and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The 3-star hotel is near the center so it is very convenient to travel, there is a shortcut to the square very quickly.
There are 4 floors and I am on the 1st floor, there is no elevator so it is not a big problem.
There is a sofa for guests to wait and a wood stove area for heating which is very reasonable.
I booked a room for 3 days 2 nights and got free breakfast, 15 minutes of foot bath at the hotel's massage area.
Arrive early so you can leave your luggage first and then go out until check-in time.
The space is clean, the staff is enthusiastic and gentle. There is a guy who helps carry your luggage, but I carry it myself so he will be less tired and faster.
The room is clean, has enough furniture, 2-way air conditioning is very okay, the decor is okay and creates a cozy feeling, there is a room cleaning service, if anyone does not like cleaning while using, just leave the sign outside the door.
A small minus point is that the slippers in the room are a bit stiff and tight.
In conclusion, I am satisfied with the quality and service here. I will stay here next time. Anyone planning to go to Sapa can consider staying here.
